Conditions of rental

OBJECT AND VALIDITE

The general conditions below apply to the leasing agreement made up of the offer of hiring, accepted by the tenant.

ASK HIRING

Any request for hiring per telephone must be the subject of a confirmation written by telefax or mail at the latest 48 hours before the beginning of the hiring.

DURATION

The leasing agreement takes effect the day of the removal of the system in the hirer out by the tenant or the day of delivery of the system at the tenant by the hirer out. The duration of hiring is fixed in the offer. The minimal duration of hiring is 48 Hours.

DELIVERY OF THE SYSTEM

For the companies in account at SATLINKER, the system can be given only in exchange of the purchase order. Without account at SATLINKER, the payment of the totality of the rent will be request to the delivery.

RESTITUTION OF THE SYSTEM

It is the responsibility of the customer. SATLINKER has a 3 days deadline as from the date of cceptance of the system to announce to the tenant the apparent damage which would be observed in this time. Any disconnection will be the subject of a prolongation of hiring.

CONDITIONS OF USE

The system can be used only by employees of the company signatory of the leasing agreement. Very under hiring of the system is strictly prohibited. In the event of infringement, compensations per day for sub-renting will be reserved to SATLINKER.

RESPONSIBILITY

The system is controlled by our services before each. All departure the damage caused with the system must be the subject of a mail recommended with acknowledgement of delivery addressed to SATLINKER. The tenant commits himself carrying out no modification nor repair without prior agreement of SATLINKER. Any breakdown dependent on the fair wear and tear of the system or a technical problem cannot engage the responsibility for SATLINKER. However SATLINKER is committed to carry out a standard exchange or giving the system in the state in the 4 hours following the notification by fax of the problem (on Algiers). SATLINKER cannot be held for person in charge for the degradations which have occurred during a bad forwarding of the system. The non use of the rented system will not be able to give place to a refunding of the hiring technical. Hotline is at your disposal 7/7.

INSURANCE

The tenant is held to ensure his civil and professional liability for all the inherent risks for the use of the system (flight, fire natural disaster or destruction).

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The invoices are sent at the beginning of period of hiring and to regulate cash with SATLINKER of reception, except prior agreement with the qualified services. SATLINKER reserves the right to require an installment or the integral payment of the hiring at the beginning of the system even if different agreements were taken, and this without having to justify of it En case of difficulty of covering, SATLINKER reserves the right to put an end in a unilateral way to the leasing agreement with a notice of 24H.

RENEWAL OF THE CONTRACT

Any contract is automatically renewed for one month additional except request for interruption arrived by fax or mail with SATLINKER at least 48 hours before the end of the month.

CANCELLATION

Any cancellation with less than 48 hours before the delivery date involves an invoicing equivalent to 50% of the monthly rent of hiring.

ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION

The leasing agreement is subjected to the Algerian right. For any litigation concerning its interpretation or its execution and that the parts could not solve with the friendly one, it is made attribution express of competence to the court of Algiers.
